• Beijing Palace, 4250 Cochise St., bar/lounge, scored 100 points.

• Beijing Palace, 4250 Cochise St., restaurant, scored 99 points. Accurate thermometer was not provided to check food (repeat violation).

• Dee's Food Service - Caucus Deli, 401 S. Carson St., restaurant, scored 100 points.

• Dee's Food Service - Bistro at the Bryan, 901 S. Stewart St., restaurant, scored 98 points. Food contact surfaces of meat slicing equipment not clean (repeat violation).
