Lyon County Sheriff's deputies are seeking a 30- to 40-year-old black man in connection with an armed robbery at the Winner's Corner in Dayton late last night.
The man is described as being 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighing 180 to 190 pounds. At the time he was wearing black pants, shoes, jacket with a black watch-style cap and a purple bandana around his face.
According to police, the man was armed with an unknown type of revolver pistol. He allegedly ordered one employee into the kitchen area of the store at gunpoint and ordered the second employee to empty the cash registers into a paper bag.
The man then left the store and was last seen walking eastbound toward Dayton Valley Road.
