Audrey W. Cogsdill

Audrey W. Cogsdill, 62, of Gardnerville passed away unexpectedly at her home January 22, 2008.

She was born in Riverdale, Md. on March 8, 1945 to John and Florence Winner. She married Timothy L. Cogsdill July 19, 1968 in Watkins Glen, N.Y.

In June 1979, Audrey and Timothy moved to Gardnerville where Audrey began her accounting career with Bentley of Nevada and Timothy joined the Douglas County Sheriff's Department until his death in November 1982.

Audrey was preceded in death by both parents, her husband and her brother Bobby Winner.

She is survived by her brother Richard Winner of Virginia; sister Virginia Winner of New York; son Michael Cogsdill (Iris and unborn granddaughter) of Nevada; daughter Rebecca Moffett (John) of Florida; granddaughter Tiffany; grandsons Conner and Steven; long-time companion Tom McClinton; and numerous friends in Nevada and New York. Audrey was truly loved, and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
