Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

- Brian Robert Hobbs, 24, a warehouse worker from Carson City, was arrested in the 400 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony forging a check. Bail was set at $7,500.

- A 53-year-old retired Carson City man was arrested at 1:39 a.m. at Fall and William streets on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence of drugs. Bail was set at $1,132.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

- Commercial burglary report on North Carson Street at 7:20 a.m.

- Fraud report in the 1800 block of Highway 50 East at 11:37 a.m.

- Report of wind blowing an awning off one house and into another awning at another house on Shadowridge Drive at 9:25 p.m.

- Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center at 10:28 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

- Misdemeanor arrest made at 1:09 a.m. on Main Street in Fernley.

- A caller in Fernley reported his neighbor parked a camper in front of his home then yelled at him, "You can look at it for the next 72 hours." The caller said he felt threatened.

- Report of a cash box stolen from a business on Speedway Road at 4:08 p.m. in Fernley.

- Misdemeanor arrest on Bramble Drive in Fernley at 8:08 p.m.
