Gardnerville forms non-profit to revitalize its main street

Gardnerville formed a non-profit corporation to revitalize its main street on Tuesday night.

Members of the town board approved incorporation papers, named nine members to the board of directors and provided $25,000 in seed money to the company.

Town Manager Jim Park described it as a public-private venture.
