Carson City


The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


- A 21-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 10 p.m. at Curry and Telegraph streets Sunday on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to obey traffic control device, driving on a revoked license and probation violation. Bail was set at $3,624.


- Joel Morales-Palacids, 22, of Carson City, was arrested at 7:36 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Burton Street on suspicion of felony battery with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentenced. He slashed the arm of a man with whom he was in a fight. Bail was set at $31,000.


- A 42-year-old woman in custody at the Carson City Jail was additionally booked on a charge of misdemeanor battery on a peace officer. She allegedly attacked a jail officer with a shower shoe. Bail was set at $1,132.


- Francisco Javier Monroy, 16, and Adrian Montes Garcia, 16, allegedly assaulted another inmate at 9:15 p.m. Garcia and Monroy are serving one year in jail with four years in prison suspended on a charge of battery with a deadly weapon in the stabbing of a sleeping gang rival in December.


- Raul Perez-Sandoval, 23, Ernesto Hernadez Espino, 22, and Francisco Javier Monroy, 16, were in custody in the Carson City Jail when Perez-Sandoval and Espino allegedly got into a fight at 11 p.m. Perez-Sandoval was additionally booked on suspicion of felony battery by a prisoner and gross misdemeanor challenge to fight, with a bail of $22,500. Espino was additionally booked on suspicion of felony by a prisoner, with a bail of $20,000. Monroy was additionally booked on suspicion of gross misdemeanor conspiracy to commit a crime, with a bail of $2,500.


- Joseph John Lokting, 24, unemployed from Washoe Valley, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. Saturday in the 2600 block of East Nye Lane on suspicion of felony parole violation and a felony warrant for an undisclosed crime. No bail was set.


- Mark Allen Gardner, 24, of Carson City, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the 3400 block of Imperial Way on suspicion of gross misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor domestic battery. He allegedly bit and head-butted the mother of his children, while she was holding a child. Bail was set at $3,632.


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:


- Report of a 10-year-old and a 15-year-old running away from Volunteers of America in their pajamas at 5:48 a.m.


- Burglary report at Napa Auto and Trucks Parts in the 1800 block of Highway 50 East at 6:53 a.m.


- Residential burglary report on Carriage Crest Drive at 7:56 a.m.


- A mother reported her 4-year-old son came home with "numerous hickeys on his neck" from his father at 2:41 p.m.


- Coroner call at Northern Nevada Correctional Center at 3:29 p.m.


- A woman reported that when she returned home to West Sutro Terrace she discovered someone had thrown bricks through her windows at 6:06 p.m.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:


- Arrest at Highway 50 East at 3:57 a.m. in Dayton.


- Coroner call on Spence Lane in Mason Valley at 8:33 a.m.


- Fight report on Saddlehorn Way in Fernley at 11:07 a.m. An arrest was made.


- Misdemeanor arrest of a juvenile on Wildrose Court in Fernley at 3:45 p.m.


- Caller reported at 4:40 p.m. that it appeared someone had driven through a fence on Grouse Street in Silver Springs.


- Misdemeanor arrest on Pyramid Avenue in Silver Springs at 5:45 p.m.


- Battery report in the 2200 block of Highway 50 East in Dayton at 5:51 p.m.


- A woman reported that on Saturday her house was egged and on Sunday it was hit with paintballs on Desert Lakes Drive in Fernley at 9:58 p.m.


Storey County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:


- Arrest made on State Route 655 at 7:50 a.m.


- Report of a stop sign possibly knocked flat by a vehicle on South E Street at 9:34 a.m.


- Report of a welder stolen from a job site.


- Report of a burglary in progress on Sullivan Road at 4:10 p.m.


- Report of four dogs running loose on Avenue de la Blue De Clair at 5:25 p.m.


- Report of an adult riding an ATV with six kids hanging on, on Avenue de la Blue De Clair at 7:26 p.m.
