Carson City


The following people were arrested and booked into Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty:


• Hugo Zambrano, a 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 9:50 p.m. Friday in the 3200 block of Market Street on suspicion of felony probation violation. Zambrano allegedly bought alcohol - a violation of his parole. No bail was set.


• Steven Anthony Arm, 38, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. at Wal-Mart on suspicion of misdemeanor petty larceny, probation violation and felony grand larceny. Bail was set at $28,347.


• Scott Michael Lessen-Dees, 18, a student from Carson City, was arrested in the 400 block of South Richmond Street on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $13,632.


• A 24-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Rand Avenue and Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,132.


• A 35-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 2:03 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Corbett and Roop streets on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.


• A 19-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 6:09 p.m. Friday on the 2100 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor petit larceny. Bail was set at $347.


• A 20-year-old Corning, Calif., man was arrested at 7:37 p.m. Friday in the 3800 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor petit larceny and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Bail was set at $1,100.


• A 19-year-old Dayton man was arrested at 9:10 p.m. Friday in the 3200 block of Market Street on suspicion of being in contempt of court. Bail was set at $5,000.

• Fraud report on Kings Canyon Road at 11:21 a.m.


• Report of a child throwing exploding bottles into a dumpster on Allouette Way at 11:21 a.m.


• Residential burglary report on East Nye Lane at 11:25 a.m.


• Coroner call in the 3000 block of North Ormsby Boulevard at 1:05 p.m.


• Shoplifter detained at Gottschalks at 3:17 p.m.


• Shoplifter detained at Scolari's at 4:53 p.m.


• Shoplifter detained at Wal-Mart at 8:29 p.m.


• Report of a broken window in the 1600 block of Airport Road at 9:58 p.m.


• Report of a man striking a woman with a vehicle in front of a bar in the 3400 block of Highway 50 East at 7:11 p.m.


• Report of a drunk driver almost striking other vehicles at 11:26 p.m.


• Graffiti report on North Carson Street.


Lyon County


The following incidents were reported in Lyon County on Friday:


• A woman said her 17-year-old son left a note at 6:10 p.m. on the 9900 block of Pacific View Drive that he was running away. She said she did not know where he may go.


• Deputies responded to a call at 6:28 p.m. on the 1500 block of Wrangler Lane that a woman's 11-year-old son was hit by the neighbor.


• A woman was reportedly punched in the face and thrown out of a vehicle at 10:54 p.m. on the 800 block of South Main Street.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Pine Cone Road at 1:30 a.m.


• Misdemeanor arrest on South Main Street in Yerington at 3:49 a.m.


• Residential burglary report on James Court in Mound House at 10:16 a.m.


• Coroner call at the Pilot Travel Center in Fernley at 10:38 a.m.


• Fight report on Parkland Way in Fernley at 9:50 p.m.
