CARSON CITY

The luncheon menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive, includes milk or coffee every meal. The menu is subject to change without notice.

Monday: Sesame chicken, baked sweet potato, oriental vegetables, orange wedges, whole wheat roll with apple butter.

Tuesday: Ham and broccoli cheese rollups, julienne potatoes, mixed salad, tangerine, whole wheat roll with margarine.

Wednesday: Biscuits with sausage gravy, green beans, berries in the cloud, spice muffin.

Thursday: Acapulco enchiladas with light sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, Spanish rice, Mexicorn, peaches, vanilla ice cream.

Friday: Baked cod with lemon sauce, baked potato with light sour cream, steamed carrots, beet salad, honeydew melon, whole wheat bread with apple butter.

DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road.

Monday: Tortellini with meat sauce, spinach, garlic bread, Mandarin oranges, brownie.

Tuesday: Lemon baked fish, carrots, broccoli, baked potato, bread with apple butter, banana.

Wednesday: Turkey sandwich, pickled beets, cranberry Jell-O salad, potato chips, raisin bars.

Thursday: Mex meatballs, seasoned zucchini, brown rice, garden salad, corn tortilla, papaya.

Friday: Oatmeal, scrambled eggs, ham, melon, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The luncheon menu for the Douglas Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane.

Monday: Beef tacos (2), ranch style beans, Mexicorn, orange, rice pudding.

Tuesday: Beef shepherd's pie, pasta salad, broccoli, plums, Jell-O with whip cream.

Wednesday: Fried chicken, fruit salad, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, biscuit, cake and ice cream.

Thursday: Penne pasta beef bake, pea salad, cauliflower, French bread, blueberry cake.

Friday: Chicken teriyaki, fried rice, layered salad, fresh orange.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.

Monday: French dip, mixed veggies, pasta salad, roll, apple crisp.

Tuesday: Nachos with ground beef, beans, tomato, lettuce, onions, sour cream, orange.

Wednesday: Spud stuffer, ground beef with cheese, cauliflower, butter, sour cream, cherry crisp.

Thursday: Turkey ala king, noodles, carrots, biscuits, fruit cocktail.

Friday: Ham, skillet potatoes, eggs, cheese, biscuit, V8, fresh fruit.

STOREY COUNTY

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is located on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City.

Monday: Chicken cutlet, cream gravy, roasted potatoes, fruit salad.

Tuesday: Beef stew, noodles, garden salad, biscuit with honey, fruit cup.

Wednesday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, German potatoes, salad, apple strudel.

Thursday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, vegetables, beans.

Friday: Chicken salad sandwich on croissant rolls, Navy bean soup, fruit salad.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way.

Monday: Pork riblets, potato casserole, vegetable, carrot-raisin salad, pudding.

Tuesday: Turkey tetrazinni, spinach salad, fruit, garlic bread, lime bisque.

Wednesday: Beef stir fry, steamed rice, green salad, corn, bread, strawberry shortcake.

Thursday: Gorditas, refried beans, fruit salad, pie.

Friday: Sub sandwich, macaroni salad, raw veggies, cook's choice dessert.

FERNLEY

The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Drive:

Monday: Burger and fries, baked beans, carrot salad, mixed fruit, ice cream.

Tuesday: Barbecue pork ribs, scalloped potatoes, mustard greens, apple, whole wheat bread with margarine.

Wednesday: Hungarian goulash, spinach noodles, peas and carrots, green salad, Ambrosia.

Thursday: Chicken noodle casserole, mixed veggies, roll with butter, pears.

Friday: Lemon pepper fish, corn, minestrone soup, mixed fruit, bread with butter.
