Carson City


The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:


- Israel Ralla, 26, of Carson City, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. in the 3300 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor possession of brass knuckles and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,764.


- Andrew Francis Willett, 19, of Carson City, was arrested at 12:07 p.m. in the 200 block of South Roop Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor possession of brass knuckles, altering or removing vehicle identification number, misdemeanor not possessing appropriate vehicle license, helmet violation, operating an unregistered vehicle and no insurance. Bail was set at $6,212.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:


- Arrest at Carson High School at 9:21 a.m.


- A caller reported soot and burn marks on a lamppost on Glenbrook Circle at 11:01 a.m.


- Hit-and-run report on North Carson Street at 12:37 p.m.


- Property injury report on Kathleen Drive at 4:58 p.m.


- A report at 5:08 p.m. of a teen shooting a pistol at a retaining wall on a bike path between the Northridge subdivision and Wal-Mart. Deputies contacted the shooter and found that the weapon was a BB gun. A misdemeanor citation was issued.


- Report at 5:54 p.m. of jewelry stolen from a home on Pinoak Lane.


- Report of a subject brandishing a knife in the 1000 block of North Carson Street at 7:35 p.m.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:


- Graffiti report at Fernley Intermediate School at 6:53 a.m.


- Accident on Fortune Drive in Dayton at 7:21 a.m.


- Report of a "large amount of scrap iron" stolen in Silver City at 7:59 a.m.


- Report of a purse stolen at the Fernley Wal-Mart at 1:51 p.m.


- Accident at 2:51 p.m. on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley.
