Emil G. Rutten, 71, a Carson City resident, died Sept. 30, 2008. Mr. Rutten was born Feb. 15, 1937 in Paris, France. He worked as a chef at the Casino Fandango in Carson City. Autumn Funerals and Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
