Joe F. Olvera, 71, a Carson City resident, passed away September 1, 2008 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 29 years, Carol B. Olvera. Joe was a mechanic and owned his own auto shop, J&CM Auto, for 13 years before retiring in 2002. He enjoyed boating, hunting, stock car racing and bowling. Joe will be greatly missed by his family, but will be "Together Forever" with his true love, Carol.
Joe is survived by his two daughters, Lisa Evans and Kim Neely, and his grandchildren, Matthew Evans, Alexis Gentry and Brandon Neely.
Per Joe's wishes no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity. FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is caring for arrangements.
