SUTCLIFFE " Authorities have identified Anthony Ruin as the 23-year-old Sun Valley man who was killed in an apparent accidental shooting in a truck near Pyramid Lake.
Ruin, whose parents live on the Pyramid Lake-Paiute Reservation, was with his older brother on a hunting excursion when the shooting happened Saturday morning.
Tribal Sgt. Steve Miller says the brother accidentally fired a high-powered rifle that struck Ruiz in the abdomen as he sat in the front passenger's seat.
The FBI and the Bureau of Indian Affairs are investigating the case.
Miller says the men were hunting antelope.
