Senior Menus 4-12

Note: Menus are for the week of April 13 and are subject to change without notice. Choice of beverage is included with meals.


Monday: Fish sandwich, three-bean salad, coleslaw, orange juice, brownie.

Tuesday: Sweet and sour chicken, ginger rice, Asian veggies, strawberry Jell-O with pears, whole wheat bread with margarine.

Wednesday: Taco salad with beef, cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato and sour cream, refried beans, Mexicorn, pita bread, applesauce.

Thursday: Barbecue pork riblet, green beans, potato salad, melon, vanilla pudding.

Friday: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli soup, peaches, whole wheat roll, margarine.


Monday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, pineapple.

Tuesday: Turkey bean burrito, salsa, Spanish rice, seasoned zucchini, apricot halves.

Wednesday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, peas, carrots, rye bread, peaches, cookie.

Thursday: Fish square sandwich, potato wedges, coleslaw, tangerines.

Friday: Glazed ham, potato augratin, green beans, roll with slivered almonds, red grapes, cake and ice cream.


Monday: Spaghetti, spinach and mushroom salad, green beans with blue cheese and roasted peppers, garlic bread, cherry and blueberry bars.

Tuesday: Tahitian chicken rice casserole, braised red cabbage, 7-grain bread with margarine, tangerine.

Wednesday: Seasoned fish fillet, walnut tossed salad, deluxe fruit mix, harvest veggies, scallop, peach cobbler.

Thursday: Chili in tortilla bowl, shredded lettuce cup with tomatoes, cheese and sour cream, fruit cup, frosted brownie.

Friday: Pepper steak, brown rice pilaf, tomatoes in vinaigrette, Dutch apple cake, bran roll, peach butter.


Monday: Polish sausage on a bun, sauerkraut, peas, peaches, oatmeal cookies.

Tuesday: Teriyaki chicken, fried rice, layered salad, oranges.

Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, whole wheat roll, margarine, green beans, peaches.

Thursday: Chicken and dumplings, carrots, green salad, spicy pears, peanut butter cookie.

Friday: Scrambled eggs, oatmeal with raisins, English muffin, sausage, honeydew melon, tomato juice.


Monday: Ham and cheese quiche, French onion soup, spinach salad.

Tuesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables.

Wednesday: Chicken wings, barbecue sausages, deviled eggs, sandwiches and salads, cake.

Thursday: Sloppy Joes, baked beans, coleslaw, fruit salad.

Friday: Manicotti with meat sauce, green salad, garlic bread, pudding, ice cream.


Monday: Spaghetti, green salad, garlic bread, carrots, fruit cup.

Tuesday: Chicken tenders, fries, vegetables, cottage cheese salad, fruit, brownies.

Wednesday: Tacos, refried beans, corn, tortilla with salsa, lime Jell-O salad, ice cream.

Thursday: Stuffed baked potato, cottage cheese, fruit, coconut cream pie.

Friday: Fancy ham, scalloped potatoes, broccoli salad, mixed veggies, dinner rolls, chocolate cake.


Monday: Chicken noodle casserole, mixed veggies, roll with butter, apricots.

Tuesday: Hungarian goulash, spinach noodles, peas and carrots, green salad, Ambrosia.

Wednesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, beets, peaches.

Thursday: Sloppy Joes, baby carrots, baked beans, fruit cocktail.

Friday: Scrambled eggs, bacon, O'Brien potatoes, toast with butter, strawberries, V8 and orange juice.
