Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

- A 39-year-old auto technician from Carson City was arrested at 4:26 p.m. Tuesday at Saliman Road and Como Street on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court, speeding and driving without insurance. Bail was set at $996.

- Christopher Jones, 28, of Carson City, was arrested at 2:47 a.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Stewart Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription and a misdemeanor warrant. Bail was set at $4,632.

- A 39-year-old mechanic from Dayton was arrested at 10:15 p.m. Monday at Highway 50 East and Saliman Road on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $775.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

- Report of a television stolen from an apartment on West College Parkway at 2:37 p.m.

- Report of four tires stolen from a home on Kit Sierra Way last week.

- Report of a diamond ring missing from a home Coventry Drive at 9:57 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday :

- Caller reported someone hit his vehicle while it was parked on Pike Street, then left the scene.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

- Report of damage to a school bus at the middle school at 9:45 a.m.

- Harassment report on State Route 341.
