Jeremy Steven Williams, 24, passed away Aug. 18, 2009 at his residence in Carson City, Nev. Jeremy was born July 12, 1985 in Carson City to Steven Earl Williams and Kendall L. Buscay. He was a lifelong resident of Carson City.

He graduated from Jacobsen High School in Minden, Nev., in 2003. He was a member of the Freedom Church in Carson City. He was also a member of the Walker River Police Department and the Jib Nasty Snowboard Team.

Jeremy enjoyed snowboarding, wake boarding, motocross, golfing, MySpace and hunting. He also enjoyed spending time with his many friends and family. "By Jeremy, Love my Life! Greatest Daughters in the World and Great Career."

Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Vernon Earl Williams and Opal Florence Williams, and an uncle, Donald E. Steen.

Jeremy will be dearly missed by his father, Steven Earl Williams of Carson City; his mother, Kendall Buscay of Carson City; daughters Emily and Allison Williams and their mother, Kaci Kerfeld, all from Carson City; stepmothers Mona Williams and Mona Gregorich of Carson City; brother Matthew Buscay and sister Amanda Kaylor, both from Carson City; aunts Kelley, Debbie Williams, Sandra Bryant, Kathy Dean, Mary DiMarzo and Robin Plummer, and uncle Jimmer Plummer; grandparents Clyde and Annette Ibsen; stepfather Brent Buscay of Carson City; cousins Steve Crowley, Joshua Piatt, Uriah Crowley, D.J. Tucker, Nicki Plummer, and Jake Alferes, Henry Serrano and Markoz Dominquez; and many close friends including John Logan Christopher, Mike Orlick, Steve Conroy, Billy Fredrick, Cody York, Pat and Shirley Conroy, T.J. Plummer and Ryan Moore.

A visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22 at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.

A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 23 at the Freedom Church at the Warehouse, 3579 Hwy. 50 E. #209, Carson City.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29 at the Freedom Church at the Warehouse for all family and friends wishing to attend. Flowers will be accepted throughout the week at the Freedom Church.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of final arrangements.
