Night Out was the best one ever

I would like to take my hat off to all of the agencies that participated in Night Out at Mills Park on Aug, 4. Wow! It was the best ever.

Everyone was patient, kind, informative, to say nothing of giving. Every child and family there went home with some awesome keepsakes and knowledge.

My great-grandson Nate, who is now 5, went to his first one last year, and when he found out he got to do it all over again this year he was over the top. He remembered everything about last year, and let me tell you, he has a whole new set of memories this year. He is already asking when the next one is.

To all of the agencies, the crash dummies, Target, the military and anyone that helped to make this event the success it was, thank you.

P.S. The end of the evening with all of the emergency agencies' lights a-flashing, (sending off the largest helicopter I have ever seen) was a perfect ending to an awesome evening in the park with the family. I am sorry I cannot remember the name of the helicopter, but Nate can tell you as it is the first thing he heads for every year.
