George Lee Maxwell Sr., 67, a Carson City resident died Nov. 27, 2009. He was born Jan. 6, 1942, in Aurora, Colo., to Oliver and Bonnie (Early) Maxwell. Among his survivors are wife Phyllis Maxwell, son Dr. George Maxwell Jr. of Portland, Ore., and daughter and son-in-law Bonnie and Bernardo Negrete, brother Oliver Maxwell, sister Lucy Brandon of Missouri, granddaughter Jamee Maxwell, as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 3 p.m., Saturday at Autumn Funerals & Cremations. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
