Carson Nugget opens Le Nougat coffee shop

Carson Nugget's Nick DeMagistris and Alex Canas watch as General Manager Star Anderson cuts the ribbon to open the Le Nougat coffee and pastry shop Tuesday night. Catherine Oaks, with the Nugget, and Jim Smolenski, with the Chamber of Commerce are at front. The coffee shop will offer baked goods as well as coffee drinks in a Parisian-themed eatery that took the place of the casino's former oyster bar. The event was coordinated by the Carson City Chamber of Commerce.
