Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Paul Johnson, 18 of Carson City, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. Wednesday on Bryan Circle on suspicion of felony burglary, home invasion, misdemeanor second-offense domestic battery and probation violation. Bail was set at $31,264.

• A 20-year-old administrative assistant and an 18-year-old sandwich shop worker, both from Carson City, were each arrested at 7:10 p.m. on suspicion of misdemeanor petty larceny. The women allegedly attempted to steal $139 in DVDs from Costco.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Report of a 16-year-old girl hitting her stepfather at 6:53 a.m. The girl was taken to juvenile detention.

• Report of a 5-year-old boy missing from his backyard on Mary Street at 12:13 p.m. Ten deputies responded. The boy was found unhurt by a resident on Sharrow Drive at 12:36 p.m.

• Report of a snow blower stolen from a home on Century Circle sometime before 2:50 p.m.

• Report at 7:47 p.m. of a gray Jeep Wrangler stolen from Lyon County. At 11 p.m. the Jeep was found on Woodside Drive.

• Report of a juvenile stealing a case of Marlboro cigarettes and running down Saliman Road at 9:35 p.m.

• Coroner call on North Ormsby Boulevard at 10:07 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Misdemeanor arrest at Cottonwood Elementary in Fernley after a father allegedly drove to the school intoxicated to pick up his children.

• Coroner call on Alpine Drive in Fernley at 4:21 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Accident in the westbound lanes of Interstate 80 east of Lockwood at 6:05 a.m.

• Horse complaint on Canyon Way at 9:39 p.m.
