PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - The Portland Trail Blazers waived forward Anthony Tolliver on Tuesday and assigned second-round draft pick Patty Mills to the Idaho Stampede of the NBA Development League.

Tolliver played sparingly in two games for Portland following his Dec. 17 call-up from the Stampede.

The Trail Blazers chose Mills with the 55th pick in the draft. The point guard out of St. Mary's fractured a bone in his right foot during an NBA Summer League practice session July 9.

The Stampede will play the Reno Bighorns on Friday and Sunday at the Reno Events Center.

He underwent surgery four days later and recently completed rehabilitation.
