Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Kami Coreiro, 25, of Gardnerville, was arrested at 10 p.m. Sunday in the 4700 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, probation violation and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. No bail was set.

• Alejandro Sosa-Cruz, 31, unemployed from Gardnerville, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. Sunday in the 7700 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony grand larceny. Also arrested was 26-year-old Mario Acosta-Avena on suspicion of felony grand larceny. The two men were allegedly caught attempting to steal 33 catalytic converters, and alternator and other car parts from the lot at Pick-n-Pull. Bail on each was set at $25,000.

• Sergio Elias Guerrero, 49, a concrete worker from Carson City, was arrested at 10:24 p.m. Sunday at Smith's Market on suspicion of felony burglary. He allegedly tried to steal several bottles of alcohol. A breath test determined his blood-alcohol content at .42, the arrest report states. Guerrero was taken to the hospital before being booked.

• Zachary Blake, 24, a painter from Reno, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of felony prisoner with a controlled substance and possession of marijuana with intent to sell. The marijuana was allegedly found in Blake's property when he was being booked by a state trooper on a drunken driving charge. Bail was set at $15,000.

• Cory Mark Mayer, 29, a retail worker from Carson City, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. Friday on Eureka Drive on suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail was set.

• Patrick Lee Maude, 57, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of North Carson Street on a Kansas felony warrant for failure to appear, felony drunken driving, misdemeanor driving on a revoked license and driving with an open container of alcohol in vehicle. Bail was set at $10,819.

• Ramon Anguiano, 29, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Thursday on suspicion of felony battery with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor probation violation. Bail was set at $33,000. Anguiano allegedly stabbed a neighbor, with whom he had been drinking, in the leg.

• Chad Irlee Stelton, 22, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 8:18 p.m. Wednesday in the 3200 block of Retail Drive on a felony warrant out of Alameda County, Calif.

• Anthony John Chappa II, 21, a retail employee from Carson City, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday on College Parkway on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court. Bail was set at $4,632.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Report at 11:20 a.m. of fraudulent checks passed at a casino.

• A woman reported at 12:18 p.m. that she returned to her Blue Haven Lane home after being gone a week and found the faucet in her bathroom on "full blast."

• Report of a female "with a bag of fish talking to herself, waving her arms around," at 1:17 p.m. at West Long Street and Lone Mountain Drive.

• Report of a "booby-trap" found in a vacant apartment on Woodside Drive at 11:29 a.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Report at 3:22 p.m. of a garage on River Village Circle in Dayton burglarized sometime Sunday night.

• Coroner call on Sioux Lane in Stagecoach at 5:48 p.m.

• Residential burglary report on East Cedar Street in Fernley at 7:27 p.m.
