Kelly Lynn Barr, age 21, of Carson City, passed away suddenly Jan. 23, 2009 at her home. She was born April 29, 1987, to Ronald and Linda Barr in Thousand Oaks, Calif. Kelly had lived in Carson City for the last 15 years, moving here from Southern California. She graduated from Carson High School in 2005. Kelly had been working as a caregiver in a home for handicapped children.
In addition to her parents, Ronald and Linda of Carson City, survivors include a grandmother, Kitty Leach of Garden Grove, Calif. and grandparents Al and Penny Wade of Tucson, Ariz.; brothers Jason Barr of Colfax, Calif. and Christopher and Cody Barr, both of Carson City.
Memorial Services will be 1 p.m., Friday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.
