Carson City and Lyon County Sheriffs' Log 3-7

Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

- Albert Buher, 31, a transient, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. in the 500 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony providing false identification to avoid prosecution. Bail was set at $25,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

- Coroner call in the 800 block of South Carson Street at 8:35 a.m.

- Report of a Saturn stolen from the 700 block of Silver Oak Drive at 8:37 p.m.

- Report of an "expensive ring" stolen from a keychain in the 3200 block of North Carson Street at 11:08 a.m.

- Coroner call in the 3000 block of North Ormsby Boulevard at 12:20 p.m.

Lyon County

Some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

- Misdemeanor arrest on East Main Street in Fernley at 1:25 p.m.

- Report of vehicle burglary in the 2200 block of Highway 50 East at 8:54 a.m.

- Garage burglary report in the 1700 block of Olive Branch Road at 9:54 a.m.

- Misdemeanor arrest in Mason Valley at 8:09 p.m.

- Misdemeanor arrest on Miller Lane in Fernley at 8:22 p.m.

- Felony arrest on a Reno warrant on Highway 50 East at 11:28 p.m.
