Jeane Alice Sullivan, 79, a Carson City resident, died March 17, 2009. She was born May 23, 1929 to John Allan and Alice Josephine (Olszakiewicz) Vrooman, in Racine, Wis. She was preceded in death by brother John Allan Vrooman and sister Mary Lynn Hise. Among her survivors are husband Donald E. Sullivan; daughter Debra Lee Christeson; grandson Timothy Allan Christeson and nephews John and Martin Hise. A memorial mass will be 2 p.m., Saturday, at St. Teresa of Avila Church. Memorial contributions can be made in Mrs. Sullivan's memory to St. Mary's Hospice. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
