CARSON CITY

The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

Monday: Spaghetti with meatballs, tossed salad, foccacia bread, mixed fruit

Tuesday: Glazed ham, broccoli soup, raspberry Jello with pears, whole wheat roll with margarine, cookie

Wednesday: Liver & onions or salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas, peaches

Thursday: Barbecued chicken, baked beans, mixed veggies, carrot/raisin salad, apple crisp

Friday Birthdays: Roast beef with gravy, rice pilaf, green beans, orange wedges, birthday cake, ice cream

DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road.

Monday: Honey-mustard chicken, carrots & peas, brown rice, roll, apricots, chocolate pudding

Tuesday: Pork chops, applesauce, broccoli & cauliflower, mashed potatoes & gravy, whole wheat roll, pumpkin surprise

Wednesday: Beef stew, noodles, garden salad, buttermilk biscuit, honey, chantilly fruit cup, milk

Thursday: Stuffed peppers, mixed green salad, spinach, pasta salad, garlic bread, red grapes

Friday Breakfast: French toast, bacon, eggs, grapefruit, V8 and orange juice

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The lunch menu for the Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

Monday: Chicken curry on rice, colorful salad, whole wheat roll, pineapple chunks

Tuesday: Stuffed salmon filet with creamy dill sauce, winter fruit salad, vegetable rice pilaf, lemon-berry tart

Wednesday: Red beans & rice, beets in orange sauce, layered salad, whole wheat bread, apple butter, fruit cocktail

Thursday: Stuffed cabbage rolls, white rice, carrots & sugar snap peas, pasta salad, coconut cream pie
