Obituary: Terry "Papa" Bowman

Sept. 29, 1948 - Oct. 29, 2009

Terry "Papa" Bowman, 61, originally of Illinois, lived in Dayton and worked at Oakley for many years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Terry passed away at home surrounded by loved ones, after an exhausting battle with cancer. 

Terry is survived by his wife Rose Cody Bowman, mother Mary Rainy, eight children, Terry, Timmy, Eddie, Tamera of Illinois, Lisa, Lori, and Diana of Reno, and Robin of California, and many other family and friends. We love you Papa

A Memorial Service will be 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 11, at Unity Church, 1219 S. Carson St., Carson City.
