Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 40-year-old welder from Carson City was arrested at 4 p.m. Wednesday on Market Street on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear on a traffic citation. Bail was set at $1,299.

• Gerald William Funk, 66, of Carson City, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. Wednesday in the 7200 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,632.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• A woman reported at 8:28 a.m. that someone entered her bedroom on Condor Circle during the night.

• Report of a man being treated in the emergency room with multiple lacerations at 9:17 a.m.

• A credit card was stolen from a home on Sonoma Street and used sometime before 9:54 a.m.

• Report of a juvenile running away from custody at juvenile detention at 2:30 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• A woman reported her wallet was stolen from her bag in the Scolari's parking lot in Fernley.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Highway 95 Alternate in Mason Valley at 2:08 p.m.
