The 24th annual Hearts of Gold Cantaloupe Festival and Farmers Market will be Sept. 4-7 at the Churchill County Fairgrounds.
Some of the events planned include an arm wrestling tournament, the cantaloupe chunkin' contest, horseshoe and poker tournaments, a paint ball extravaganza, karaoke contest, grillers contest and a Ms. Cantaloupe Queen contest.
Advanced weekend pass tickets are on sale now at the following locations: Hair Affair, Bellissima, the Elks Lodge and Round Table Pizza.
Weekend pass ticket prices are adults $15, seniors/military $9, children under age 16 $6, family of four $25, and family of six $35.
