Dayton FISH thrift store robbed

Lyon County authorities are looking for the individual who broke into the FISH Thrift Store on Highway 50 in Dayton Wednesday night.

FISH Director Jim Peckham said whoever did it knew what they were looking for. He said the only thing missing was the overnight cash box containing about $100.

"It's tough right now," he said. "Every month we're taking care of 100 new families. We need every dime we have to do that. When somebody does something like this, it hurts."
