Cholesterol screening Friday

MedCare Pharmacy, 1851 N. Carson St., is sponsoring a cholesterol screening along with free blood pressure screenings from 6 to 10 a.m. Friday, Sept.18.

Cholesterol tests available and their cost are:

• Lipid profile (HDL, LDL, And Triglycerides): $20

• Metabolic profile (No. 14 blood items): $15

• Lipid plus metabolic: $30

• PSA (Men 50 and older only): $40

Fasting is necessary for all cholesterol tests.

Blood pressure screenings are open to everyone, no appointment necessary.
