Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail Friday night and Saturday morning. All are presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

• A Carson City 19-year-old was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at Silver Oak and Carson Street. Bail was set at $1,000 after the 5 p.m. Friday arrest.

• A 41-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 100 block of Rand shortly before 11 p.m. Friday. He was charged with violating conditions of his alternative sentencing conditions by drinking alcohol.

• Two Carson City men were jailed after sheriff's deputies investigated a report of a party in the 4200 block of Shelbyville Drive at 2 a.m. Saturday. A 21-year-old Gardnerville man was charged with violating his probation conditions by drinking alcohol and ordered held without bail. The other, a 20-year-old, was charged as a minor consuming alcohol and held for failure to appear on a grand theft charge. His bail was set at $2,500.

• A Carson City 25-year-old was jailed in lieu of $305 bill on an outstanding justice court warrant at

11 a.m. Saturday. He was taken into custody at Deer Run Road and Brunswick Drive.
