LAS VEGAS (AP) - Prosecutors have decided to seek the death penalty in three Las Vegas cases, including an ax attack that killed a baby and maimed his mother, and the slaying of a Hooters casino waitress.

Prosecutors also plan to seek capital punishment for Will Onie Sitton in the beating death of a 68-year-old man late last year.

The decisions were made Wednesday by the Clark County district attorney's office.

Harold Montague's lawyer says he'll plead not guilty by reason of insanity in the fatal Feb. 11 battle ax attack in a neighborhood east of the Las Vegas Strip.

Gregory Hover and Richard Freeman have pleaded not guilty to abducting, sexually assaulting and killing 21-year-old Prisma Contreras. Her body was found in burned vehicle in Boulder City on Jan. 15.
