Janice 'Jan' Lee Libbee, 73, died April 20, 2010, at her home in Silver Springs. She was born in Nov. 28, 1936, to Leanord and Bernice (Strome) West in El Paso, Texas. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Lanier L. Libbee; sons Robert, Kevin and Kim; daughter Deborah Ann Hedgcoth; sisters Myra Jo Irish, Tommie Len Monez and Terrie Lee Holmes; stepmother Babs Nappier; 19 grandchildren and 22 great-randchildren.
