Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 21-year-old casino worker from Carson City was arrested at 5:03 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of West Winnie Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving, probation violation and hit-and-run. Bail was set at $4,769.

• A 38-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on South Carson Street on three Douglas County warrants for misdemeanor theft of a DVD player, fishing rod and reel. Bail was set at $500.

• A 67-year-old Arnold, Calif., man was arrested at 7:58 p.m. Tuesday at Carson and Sonoma streets on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and speeding. Bail was set at $1,219.

• A 27-year-old cook from Carson City was arrested at 3:50 a.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor second-offense driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license and failure to use a turn signal. Bail was set at $2,861.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Report of juveniles found marking a building with graffiti at 12:14 a.m. in the 1800 block of North Carson Street.

• A wallet, iPod and vehicle registration were stolen overnight from a car parked on Shriver Drive.

• A man on Richard Drive reported at 9:35 a.m. someone cut his drip line.

• Accident at East Fifth and Roop streets at 12:01 p.m.

• Report of a woman passed out in the bushes in the 800 block of North Plaza Street at 12:33 a.m. The woman was found to be grossly intoxicated, according to the arrest report. She was arrested on Douglas County warrants.

• Report of an RV broken into in the 4500 block of North Carson Street.

• A homeless man was found at 9:01 p.m. sleeping inside a vehicle he broke into through a window. When a deputy arrived, the intoxicated man said he wanted to go to jail.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Misdemeanor arrest on Dayton Valley Road at 12:12 a.m.

• Two people arrested on misdemeanors on Main Street in Fernley at 12:13 a.m.
