Incoming Carson High School freshmen met today for an orientation and to meet with upperclassmen who will be showing them the ropes.

The Link Crew, established six years ago at the high school, pairs link leaders with a group of freshmen to help them adjust to the challenges and opportunities presented at the high school.

Leaders led the freshmen through various games and exercises to get to know them and assist them in getting to know one another.

A Luau is planned for 7-9 this evening on the high school football field to kick off the social season. Parents of incoming freshmen are invited to attend an open house at the same time in Senator Square.
