Edward R. Elstad, died at home in Carson City on Aug. 23, 2010. He was born July 13, 1917, in Tacoma, Wash., to Edward & Margaret Elstad. He was preceded in death by his sister Ella Mae Martinson. Among his survivors are his wife Betty, son Raymond Elstad (Carroll), daughter Rita Dove and sister Marian Williams. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
