Mike Davis, a member of the board of directors for the English as a Second Language organization, is the owner of a local vehicle maintenance company, Mike's Mobile Oil.
He and his partner have committed to donating their time to help raise funds for other ESL program.
On Oct. 9, they will host the "Oil Change for a Cause." On that day, 100 percent of their profits will be donated to the ESL In-Home Program.
The event will be held in the back parking lot of Grandma Hattie's Restau-rant, 2811 S. Carson St.
