Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Donald William Fisher, 45, of Indian Hills, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. Friday on a Carson City warrant for suspicion of felony obtaining/possessing a credit card without cardholders consent. Bail was set at $5,000.

• Troy Robert Garcia, 42, an unemployed transient, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Thursday at Carson and Ninth streets on suspicion of felony burglary. He allegedly snatched a purse from a hair salon and ran off while an employee chased him. The purse was found tossed behind a nearby wall and he was located a short while later. Bail was set at $25,000.

• Jason Leo Branham, 37, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. Friday in the 1800 block of North Fall Street on suspicion of two counts of felony probation violation. No bail was set.

• Scott Edward Green, 48, of Mound House, was arrested at 10:29 p.m. Thursday in the 3900 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony probation violation out of Ada County, Idaho, misdemeanor obstructing an investigation and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $20,000.

• A 27-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Proctor and Roop streets on suspicion of two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $1,618.

• A 29-year-old cook from Carson City was arrested at 1:46 a.m. Friday in the 3900 block of Pheasant Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor destruction of property and violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $3,347.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Reported fight between two men over child exchange at 12:53 p.m. in the 700 block of North Carson Street.

• A man reported at 2:21 p.m. he rolled his ATV in a remote area off Brunswick Canyon Road. Crews had a difficult time finding the man, and Care Flight was called to assist in pinpointing his location and possible rescue. The man was found at 3:39 p.m. uninjured. He was given a ride out of the canyon and returned later to retrieve his ATV.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Arrest on Ramsey Weeks Cutoff in Silver Springs at 11:12 a.m.

• Report of two employees on Cowee Drive in Mound House arguing and threatening one another at 12:13 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Report at 7:42 a.m. of a carpet-cleaning van "making too much noise" on Avenue De La Bleu De Clare.

• Caller on South D Street said at 3:40 p.m. a bear had been in her garden the previous two nights.

• Report at 7:04 p.m. of a guest at a South C Street motel threatening the manager after the manager told the guest to take his dog back into his room. An arrest was made.
