An afternoon to rejuvenating minds, bodies and spirits is planned from 2-6 p.m. today at the Luv N' Light Studio, 512 N. Division St.
The Sound Journey uses the sounds of Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs and chimes for a deeply relaxing experience. While resting in a comfortable nest of pillows and blankets, participants drift on the sound frequencies of these beautiful instruments.
Cost for the workshop is $20 and participants should bring pillows and blankets for comfort.
