Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 26-year-old roofer from Sacramento was arrested at 11:19 p.m. Sunday, on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail set at $784.

• A 26-year-old man was arrested at Carson and Fifth streets at 12:20 a.m. Monday on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail set at $1,090.

• Levi Whitehead, 23, of Carson City, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. Monday on suspicion of felony failure to register as a sex offender. Bail set at $7,500.

• A 24-year-old woman was arrested at 7 p.m. Sunday at Carson and Colorado streets on suspicion of driving on a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set $2,000.

• A 28-year-old woman was arrested at 11:38 p.m. Saturday at Highway 50 East and Empire Ranch Road on suspicion of second-offense drunken driving. Bail set $1,050.

• A 38-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Saturday at 9:45 p.m. Klatt Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery of her boyfriend. Bail set at $2,000.

• A 41-year-old man was arrested and charged with domestic battery on a relative at 8:15 p.m. Saturday. Bail set at $3,000.

• A 55-year-old man was arrested in the 3000 block of Market St. at 5:57 p.m. Saturday on suspicion of misdemeanor petty larceny at a store. Bail set at $250.

• A 47-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license and battery after an incident at Arrowhead and Centennial drives at 9:30 p.m. Saturday. Bail set at $2,600.

• A 30-year-old Sparks man was arrested at 10 p.m. Friday at highways 50 East and 395 on suspicion of misdemeanor driving without a license. Bail set at $1,000.

• Grant Austin, 21, and Katherine Martin, 20, of Carson City were arrested at 6 p.m. Friday after deputies allegedly found their 1-year-old child crawling around on a their apartment floor covered in dog, cat and chinchilla feces and urine and soiled diapers. Bail was set at $2,500 each. The child was turned over to Child Protective Services.

• Scott Tyzbir, 49, of Carson City was arrested in the 2400 block of Sherman Lane at 4:45 p.m. Friday on suspicion of felony possession of a stolen vehicle, misdemeanor possession of hypodermic needles and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at a total of $27,000.

• Michelle Alisa McMurty, 44, unemployed of Dayton, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor failure to appear for sentencing. No bail was set.

• Joel Duran, 39, a machine operator from Mound House, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Monday at North Lompa Lane and Menlo Drive on suspicion of felony providing false identification to avoid prosecution, misdemeanor failure to stop at a stop sign, driving without a valid license, obstructing an investigation and failure to obey traffic citation. Bail was in excess of $20,000.

Sunday

• Residential burglary report in the 2900 block of Collier Court at 2:46 a.m.

• Neighbor dispute in the 1500 block of East Robinson Street at 7:52 p.m.

Monday

• An intoxicated man, barred from a business for failing to pay his restaurant bill, was back at 2:58 a.m. and arguing with security.

• A 2000 red Dodge Ram 1500 pickup with a red camper shell was stolen from a garage in the 1200 block of Fonterra Way sometime before 6:52 a.m.

• Coroner call in the 3000 block of North Ormsby Boulevard at 9:17 a.m.

• Report of a 2000 Chevy Venture, with Nevada plates 014UHJ missing from the 400 block of Catalpa Way at 10:12 a.m.

• An RV was burglarized at Carson RV Sales sometime before 12:05 a.m.

• Citation issued to a man in the 2700 block of Highway 50 East for buying alcohol for a minor working undercover for the Sheriff's Office.

• Citation issued to a man at 5:04 p.m. in the 2700 block of Highway 50 East for buying alcohol for a minor working undercover for the Sheriff's Office.

• Report of electronics stolen from a home on Walker Drive sometime overnight.

Friday

• Report of a 1970 Ford Van without a motor and the license plate HOOKIE, stolen from a storage shed in the 2200 block of South Carson Street sometime in the last two weeks.

• A woman on Marie Drive reported at 3:04 p.m. that someone came into her home and stole her purse while she was in the shower.

• Report of a juvenile with Down syndrome found wandering on Menlo Drive at 7:53 p.m.

• Report at 10:09 p.m. of a "big hairy caveman"-looking man pointing a gun at a woman in the 3900 block of Pheasant Drive.

Saturday

• Coroner call in the 2400 block of Carmine Street at 12:49 a.m.

• Report of a woman heard screaming in an alley off College Parkway at 1:53 a.m.

• A house sitter on Silver Oak Drive reported at 7:57 a.m. that someone keeps taking the screen of a window, and at 6:30 a.m. was knocking on the door.

• A Boys & Girls Club storage unit on South Stewart Street was burglarized sometime before 8:32 a.m.

• A DVD player, DVDs, two safes and $1,000 in cash was reported stolen from a home on Condor Circle sometime before 4:22 p.m.
