Obituary: Billie Joe Scott

Billie Scott, a longtime resident of Nevada, passed away peacefully at home Saturday, June 12, 2010 at the age of 70. Billie was born July 18, 1939 in Quapaw, Okla., to Milton and Octavia Scott.

Survivors include brothers Paul, Jerry, Woody, Sammy, Rich and Marshall; sisters Tisha and Gail; his beloved wife and best friend of 53 years, Helen; his children David, Milton and Chuck; grandchildren Christopher, Ashley, Matthew, Milton and Sarah; five beautiful great-grandchildren; and his extended family from PolyPhaser, Corp.

He is loved by many and will be missed by all. There is an account set up for Billie Scott at Greater Nevada Credit Union in Helen Scott's name account # 869948-02.

Please come and join us in a celebration of his life at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 19 in Mills Park, Carson City.
