A master developer for the Nugget Economic Development Project will be introduced Monday to the Carson Nugget Development Advisory Committee.
Rick Oshinski, CEO of P3 Development, will provide committee members with a brief presentation about the company and a tentative plan of progression of the project.
He will discuss the program tasks such as desired elements, master plan, infrastructure analysis, parking, real estate issues, financing analysis, development plan and public outreach.
Also on the agenda will be a Carson City staff report on the project.
The public will have an opportunity to ask questions and comment on agenda items.
