Obituary: Leona Cluette Dick

Leona Cluette Dick, 99, of Coleville, Calif., died Nov. 14, 2010. She was born May 25, 1911 in Mono Lake, Calif., to Frank Couch and Rosie Cluette. Leona was preceded in death by her husband, George Dick; son, Manuel Levi Dick; two infant daughters; and granddaughter, Kelly Riesen. She is survived by her children, Maxine Sam (Joseph) of Carson City, Ruth Holbrook (Harold) of Carson City, Stanley Dick (Graciela) of Los Angeles, Meg McDonald of Carson City, Esther Thompson of Vancouver, Wash., and Georgia Grace Dick of Coleville; 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Friday, Nov. 19 at 11 a.m. at the Walker Community Building. Burial will follow in the Antelope Valley Cemetery in Coleville. Arrangements entrusted to Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Carson City.
