Richard Calvin Minegar Sr., 79, of Dayton died Sept. 10, 2010, at his home. He was born Jan. 20, 1931, to Herman and Ada Minegar in Seaside, Calif. Among his survivors are sons Richard Jr. and Mark Minegar; daughters Jean Coleman and Kathy Kirven; sister Joan Terrill; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. FitzHenry's Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
