Obituary: Norman Howard Prunier

Norman Howard Prunier, 80, of Minden died in Reno on Oct. 18, 2010. He was born June 28, 1930, in Tauton, Mass., to Theodore and Laura Poissant Prunier and was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife Barbara; daughters Laura Prunier of Lakewood, Colo., Aileen Armitage of Carson City and Karen (Bill) Schenk of Evergreen Colo.; brother Richard (Marilyn) of Ohio; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service is at noon today at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley. Memorial donations may be made to paralyzed veterans charities.
