Coldwell Banker Best Sellers has merged with Coldwell Banker Itildo, Inc., of Minden, the real estate firm announced Tuesday.
The offices will continue to do business under the Coldwell Banker Best Sellers title with offices in Carson City, Dayton and Minden. The Carson City office is at 123 W. Second St.
Jenny Lopiccolo, the owner and a broker at Coldwell Banker Best Sellers, will be the broker for the company while Marsha Tomerlin, the founder of the Itildo office, will continue her role as a broker and salesperson from the Minden location.
Lopiccolo said the merger has been in the works for about four months, adding it comes at a difficult time for the real estate industry.
"Sharing resources will work out great for our agents and their clients," Lopiccolo said. "We will be implementing a new technology system to expand on interoffice communication and marketing for all of our agents in each of the offices and also extend our web presence."
