Janet Natalie Roe

Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and daughter.

Passed away Sept. 16, 2010 after a long struggle with COPD.

She was born Feb. 6, 1935 in Los Angeles.

She was preceded in death by her mother Natalie and her grandson Jonathan.

She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years Howard; sisters Joann (Richard) Mason and Beverly Busse; daughters Denice (Sean) Cain and Janet Marrone; grandchildren Michael (Erin) Parcells, Christopher Knox, Randall, Heather and Danielle Marrone; and great-grandchildren Bailey and Madison Parcells.

Janet and Howard moved with their daughters to Carson City in the early 1970s where they purchased and operated a local business. After selling their business, Janet worked many years for American Stores aka Skaggs/OSCO/Sav-On. She retired in the late '90s.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

I feel a warmth around me, like your presence is so near.

I close my eyes to visualize, your face when you were here.

I remember the times we spent together, and they are locked inside my heart.

For as long as I have those memories, we will never be apart.

Even though we cannot speak no more, my voice is always there.

Because every night before I sleep, I have you in my prayer.
