Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 36-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 6:07 p.m. Thursday in the 1500 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear and driving without a license. Bail was set at $239.

• A 26-year-old laborer from Carson City was arrested at 4:44 p.m. Thursday in the 800 block of North Minnesota Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $2,500.

• A 25-year-old unemployed Grass Valley, Calif., man was arrested at 2:15 p.m. Thursday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of probation violation. Bail was set at $3,000.

• A 26-year-old restaurant worker from Carson City was arrested at 10:10 p.m. Thursday on College Parkway on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

• A 42-year-old security officer from Carson City was arrested at 8:50 p.m. Thursday at Fairview Drive and Highway 395 on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a protective order. Bail was set at $3,132.

• A 44-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 8:02 p.m. Thursday on South Koontz Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license and two warrants for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $2,306.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Vehicle burglary report in the 2400 block of Curry Street at 7:27 a.m.

• An intoxicated woman on Marsh Road complained someone stole her medications at 8:10 a.m.

• Report of tires slashed on a vehicle in the 1200 block of East Telegraph Street at 10:02 a.m.

• Battery report at Carson High at 12:32 p.m.

• A man reported at 3:34 p.m. that a woman he knows broke into his house Monday and stole his dog. He said he'd gotten the dog back, but not the money.

• Coroner call in the 1600 block of Molly Drive at 8:27 p.m.

• Coroner call in the 3000 block of Ormsby Boulevard at 11:18 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Coroner call on Main Street in Silver City at 9:02 a.m.

• Two arrested in Mason Valley at 4:23 p.m.
