Health Inspections

The following health inspections are from the period of March 29-April 1:

• Bella Fiore Wines Restaurant, 224 S. Carson #8, scored 96 points. No chlorine sanitizer was detected on dishware after mechanical final rinse. This was corrected the same day.

• Comstock Country RV Resort Convenience Store, 5400 S. Carson St., scored 99 points. Found stick cheese for sale in the beverage refrigerator without proper labels.

• McDonalds #31007 Restaurant, 3200 Market St., scored 100 points.

• Fritsch Elementary School Cafeteria, 504 Bath St., scored 100 points.

• Bethlehem Lutheran Church School Cafeteria, 1837A N. Mountain St., scored 100 points.

• The Dollar Tree Store Retail Grocery, 2709 N. Carson St., scored 96 points. The hand-washing sink in the toilet room did not have hot water. The fan above the toilet contained debris and no fan guard was in place. Floors are not constructed of smooth durable material or are not maintained in good repair. There was no floor covering in the back food storage area. The floor tiles have recently been removed exposing a rough surface.

• Bully's Bar/Lounge, 3530 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• The Lady Tamales Restaurant, 933 E. Woodside Dr. #102, scored 100 points.

• Seeliger Elementary School Cafeteria, 2800 S. Saliman St., scored 100 points.

• Arby's Restaurant, 1122 S. Carson St., scored 97 points. The hand-washing sink in the back room next to the three--compartment sink contained a large pot and therefore was not convenient and accessible for hand washing.

• Arby's Caterer, 1122 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Foodmart #1 Convenience Store, 1102 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.
