American Idol finalist Jason Castro, remembered for his long dread locks as well as his voice, will appear in a fundraiser at 3:30 p.m. July 24 at Bishop Manogue Catholic High School. Also playing will be Carson City worship band I Am They.
The concert is a fundraiser for Make A Wish Foundation and Carson City resident Faith Anne, who has been diagnosed with cancer.
VIP tickets are $25, which includes a preconcert meet-and-greet at 2 p.m. General tickets are $15, with doors opening at 3 p.m. In Carson City, tickets can be purchased at The Manger and San Rafael Coffee Shop or online at www.itickets.com/events/269613/.
